Blondie's back surgery

My beautiful white German Shepherd has 5 ruptured disks in her back. She needs surgey ASAP to repair the damage and relieve the pressure on her spinal cord. She's gotten progressively worse over the past few months and I was finally able to get her an MRI on April 5th which revealed what exactly was wrong with her. It was originally thought to be Degenerative Myelopathy but I now know that it's not DM.
I have some money set aside which will go toward her surgery, but it's not enough to cover even the low end of the surgery which would be $6,000. The high end estimate is up to $9,000!
I've contacted some rescues and shelters, but none

Are you really THE Raksha, or have you simply adopted her moniker?
I am not her. never have been, never claimed to be. I have been using this name since I was 11 years old and read the Jungle Book. the mother wolf who adopts Mowgli is named Raksha so that is where I first heard of the name and adopted it. never knew of the plumed serpent until I was reading fan fiction on the transformers.
